In 2019, Red Lobster partnered with us to create a one-of-a-kind ugly Christmas sweater for their first-ever online pop-up merchandise store. The goal was to celebrate their iconic Cheddar Bay biscuits with a design that would capture attention, spark joy, and go viral on social media. Featuring lobsters, biscuits, and snowflakes, this sweater wasn’t just fun—it was functional, including a built-in insulated oven pocket to keep Cheddar Bay biscuits warm for hours.

To achieve this, we deconstructed insulated products, sourced FDA-approved materials, and rigorously tested designs.
