Most frequent questions and answers
We have a four step process from beginning to end.
Design – We have in-house graphic designers that will create two virtual concepts. Other option is using our blank sweater template. Let me know if you want this template.
Pre-Production – The approved sweater design has its first piece made. We photograph the sweater and send images for your approval. The physical sample can be mailed upon request. Physical sample process generally adds 10 days to lead time.
Full Production – Once approval is made, we collect a 30% deposit and move into full production.
Shipping – The finished goods are shipped from our factory to our Michigan warehouse. We process a quality control inspection and ship the goods to the final destination.
Our peak season sweater production time is 70-80 days. Sweaters are produced in 30-35 days after final art is approved. Then shipped via sea freight to our warehouse in Michigan. The merchandise is shipped via Ground or Express to US addresses. Your order can be shipped internationally direct or provided to freight forwarder.
We offer a 45-55 day lead time with a $6.75 per sweater fee. The sweaters are air expressed to our warehouse in Michigan. We cannot drop ship to other countries.
The minimum order quantity is 72 pcs for imported full knit sweaters. Other items have smaller MOQ. Knitted sweater require a minimum of 10 pieces per selected size. For example – You must order 10 size 4XL if you wish to order that size.
We do not have setup or design costs on any of our products.
No fees for selecting apparel in larger sizes.

Yes, embroidery is an available option. The cost depends on the size of the embroidery being applied. It does extend the lead time.
- Avoid thin strokes. Try to stay around 2pt-3pt
- Avoid high detailed artwork
- 6 color max
- Do not use gradients
- If using a phrase or any text make it large or use a bolder style font
- Ribbing is solid colors.
- Make sure to design edge to edge of the art board, then mask the pattern/design onto the sweater template.
