Submit your idea or company’s logo, and our designers will craft a unique ugly Christmas sweater design for your review, available in PDF or JPG format. Drawing inspiration from your brand’s identity and its place in popular culture, our designers will refine the concept until it perfectly reflects your vision. Once the design is complete, you’ll receive it for approval, revisions, or feedback. We also offer additional customizations, including integrating accessories like patches, hang tags, or pockets, available at an extra cost to further personalize your sweater.
Once production is completed, your order will be prepared for shipping to your desired destination, whether domestically or internationally. You can provide your own shipping account for Ground or Express delivery, or we can handle the logistics, shipping on our account. Additionally, we offer warehousing services at our Michigan facility, allowing us to hold inventory and drop-ship directly to your customers for an extra fee. In special cases, goods can be shipped directly to the final destination using sea transit, providing flexible options to meet your shipping needs.
After your design is finalized, we will photograph the front and back of a sample and send the images via email for your review. If you prefer, a physical sample can be shipped directly to your location for a detailed inspection. Once you approve the sample, whether from photos or in person, we’ll request a 30% deposit before your order is moved into production. This ensures that all design elements meet your standards and expectations before we proceed with full-scale manufacturing of your custom sweaters. We’re committed to delivering quality that reflects your vision.
Production officially begins after your sample has been approved and the deposit is received. Each item, whether it’s sweaters, socks, or accessories, has its own specific lead time, with standard production taking approximately 70-80 days, which includes sea transit. For those needing a quicker turnaround, we offer a rush service of 45-55 days for an additional fee, utilizing International Express Mail instead of standard shipping. Items produced domestically in the USA benefit from even faster lead times, catering to urgent orders with unparalleled efficiency and responsiveness.
