This pajama set is produced using a cut-and-sew construction with full-coverage sublimation, allowing for edge-to-edge custom artwork across both the top and pants. Made from midweight 100% polyester fabric with a soft hand feel, it is designed to wear more like retail lounge apparel than traditional promotional sleepwear.
The long sleeve crewneck features ribbed cuffs at the wrists. The pants include a drawstring waistband and two front side pockets. The standard fit offers a jogger-style scrunch at the ankle, with the option to produce a straight lounge leg if preferred.
Available in adult unisex sizes S–3XL. Alternate configurations are available, including short sleeve tops, shorts, or mixed sets.

Yes, we can mail you a random sample from a previous project or your own custom-made design.
03 What materials are used for the sweaters?
We offer two high quality material options for our custom sweaters: a soft acrylic blend that’s lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for vibrant designs, and a 100% acrylic option that’s thicker and more traditional, almost like a chunky knit. Both options are made with lab tested yarn to ensure the fabric is safe on your skin and compliant with standards such as Prop 65 and flammability testing.
04 Are you materials and factory compliant?
Yes! Our factories and textile mill have Sedex certifications and tested annually. Our products are all lab tested.
