How Does it Work?

Step 1:  Submit Your Idea / Logo For Design

upload iconOnce we receive your idea or your company’s logo, our graphic designers create a unique ugly Christmas sweater design for your review via PDF or JPG.  When it comes to creating a custom ugly Christmas sweater for your company, our designers take their inspiration by looking at your company, it’s history in popular culture.   And once the design (s) is complete, our team will send you the artwork to review and approve, request revisions, etc.  Additionally: options are also available to our customers for secondary customizations at this time. Customers can also request sweater accessories to be integrated into the design like patches, hang tags, and pockets for their company’s ugly sweater as well as an additional price.

Step 2.  Pre-Production Sample Are Created

Once your company has approved the design, we will photograph the front and back of sample and email for your approval.  Otherwise, we will send the physical sample for your review. If your company approves the physical sample and / or the photographs, we will then request and collect a 30% deposit on your order before we move your sweater into our queue for production.

Step 3.  Production Begins

Production IconEach item (sweaters, socks, etc) has its own lead time.  Lead time begins after the physical sample or photographs of the sample are approved.  After approval of the sample, your sweater will go into full production.  Average regular lead time is 70-80 days after the sample has been approved. This option includes time for production and sea transit. Rush 45-55 day service is available for an additional cost. The difference is importing your apparel by International Express Mail as opposed to sea transit. Please note some of our products are produced  in the USA, these items have faster lead times.

Step 4: Shipping

Your order will be prepared for shipping once it arrives at our facility.  We can ship your order to one location domestically or internationally. You may provide your shipping account number for Ground or Express delivery, or we will bill/ship on our account. Another option is holding your inventory in our warehouse in Michigan and drop-ship orders for your company to your customers for an additional fee. Special circumstances allow goods to be delivered direct to the final destination with sea transit only.
